The conch shell is
important so people don’t all talk out at once. Ralph uses it the most. The conch shell is used when someone is talking and
they have to say something important. If someone has the conch shell in their
hand and they are talking then nobody else can talk. If everyone is being loud
then blow in it to get everyone's attention

D-Day Journal
William Golding was
affected by being a part of D-Day because it was very traumatizing and it was
probably really hard to have to fight in world war 2. He was questioning
it because not all man kind is good. he did not know weather to go into war or not.
Maybe he was nervous about the war and
maybe he
was wondering if going into war was worth it.Man is born evil and
we have to learn how to become good but we all need someone to teach us and
then we can become good.
